Administrative Assistant – Suffolk Landscapes – Coquitlam, BC

As the administrative assistant for Suffolk Landscapes you will help with daily administrative tasks, customer needs and act as the assistant to the owner of the company. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, driven, takes initiative and will help us bring our business to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the point of entry for the office/business, answer phones and emails.
Providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients. Quick reply’s and frequent follow up.
Dealing with day to day business operations tasks and communication
Focus on and carry through projects from beginning to end with a high level of detail and focus
Set and meet attainable goals for the team
Organize and prepare proposals and pricing for current or upcoming jobs
Prepare and manage the schedule for field workers and director
Keep Social Media and website up to date with photos, projects and news
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Data entry
Basic invoicing
Prepare and manage payroll
Project managing
Budget management
Basic accounting using Simply Accounting
