The City of Rossland is currently seeking a temporary (approximately one-year) full-time Executive Assistant, commencing January 18, 2016. This exempt position will be responsible for performing complex and diverse administrative and clerical duties for the Chief Administrative Officer/Corporate Officer, Manager of Finance and City Council.

The preferred candidate will have a post-secondary diploma or certificate in business administration, local government of a related discipline, as well as, three years of relevant work experience. Candidates should possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with highly developed organizational and administrative skills.
