The Canadian Cancer Society New Brunswick is seeking an experienced, professional, and bilingual summer student for the position of Project Assistant, Northwestern in Edmundston, NB.  Reporting to the Senior Manager Revenue Development, the Project Assistant will:

Provide administrative support relating to the work of the front reception.
Assist with fundraising events.
Manage all materials distributed through the Northwestern District.
Produce and oversee mail outs.
Manage brochure and pamphlet supplies for displays.
Process inbound/outbound mail.

To be eligible for a Summer Student Grant, students must:

Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment;
Have been registered as full-time students in the previous academic year and intend to return to school on a full-time basis in the next academic year;
Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act; and,
Be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations.

Additional Information:
This is a temporary full-time position for 8 weeks. Please Note: This position is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs programs, and the successful incumbent must meet the program requirements.
