Store Manager / Assistant Manager – Four Corners Group Inc – Halifax, NS

Successful Canadian retailer seeking Store Managers / Assistant Managers who are motivated, driven, confident and want to grow their careers!

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for maximizing the sales and profitability of the store by achieving and surpassing planned sales and shrink goals; create a store environment which reflects the company philosophy of exceptional customer service; recruiting, training and developing a team of staff; maintain the day to day operations of the store, and constantly monitor results compared to operating budgets.

Duties:

Responsible for the overall operation of the store, including staff, customer service
Actively recruit, conduct interviews, hire and ensure training, prepare and deliver monthly performance evaluations, feedback and discipline. Build a team.
Able to achieve or exceed all critical corporate quality standards and sales targets.
Provide and ensure quality customer service is constantly delivered at all times.
Plan and conduct regular meetings
Complete tasks and assignments as directed by the District Manager.
