Senior Integration Manager – Umbian – Halifax City, Nova Scotia

 Description
The Senior Integration Manager will manage a team of technical and business professionals in order to design, build, deliver and support integrations with third party healthcare software solutions. They will spearhead the company’s efforts to enable the leading global providers of health care software and key customers with features and data available within the company’s SaaS platforms. They will work in close cooperation with multiple internal teams globally to accomplish their objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic, experienced and well-rounded leader who can balance multiple projects and priorities to deliver industry-leading integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the overall lead of the Integration team to help define and deliver the global integration strategy
Build, coach and manage the Integration team
Work with the company’s business stakeholders to build a strategic business development plan for target markets and software partners and ensure that it is in line with the company’s strategic direction
Prepare and execute a technical plan to support global integration requirements
Understand integrator technical requirements and provide inputs into our product teams to support those requirements
Leverage CRM systems and/or other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes
Ensure ongoing communication with existing and prospective partners and development teams to ensure successful integrations
Define the process, resourcing and technical requirements for supporting integrators across the US, Europe and Asia Pacific
Prepare and deliver regular reviews / status updates to the senior management team and to relevant ResMed stakeholders
Work with Umbian and ResMed technical personnel to identify and implement best practices for the development, deployment and management of integrated solutions
Provide input into cross-platform API roadmap and architecture
Define tools, processes and architecture to minimize technical debt
Define and execute the integration Certification process
Build and execute an appropriate global integration support plan

Qualifications and Skills

University degree or College Diploma in relevant IT area.
7-10 years successful experience in technical and business software application management or similar related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage both business and technical staff and information in an IT environment.
Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategy in a technical environment.
Ability to effectively communicate and document technical specifications and procedures for internal and external technical staff, vendors and partners.
Past project management experience, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead when necessary.
Strong organization and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with EMR platforms (Epic, etc.)
Knowledge of Web Services development, deployment and usage.
IT systems and network engineering experience.
Software engineering experience.
