Assistant Professors – Tenure Track

These three vacancies are probationary tenure-track positions within the psychiatric nursing, nursing, and/or master of psychiatric nursing programs.

Responsibilities include:

Teaching in the undergraduate and/or graduate programs;
Development of a program of research/scholarship; and
Providing service to the community.

Selection Criteria:

Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with CRPNM or CRNM;
A Doctorate or a Master’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant academic and/or professional experience including relevant teaching experience;
Candidates with a Master’s degree in a related discipline with less than five (5) years of relevant academic and/or professional experience will be hired at the rank of Lecturer;
Palliative/Gerontological experience is preferred for one of the positions;
Recent clinical experience is highly desirable;
Ability to present a copy of credentials at time of interview; and
Excellent communication and interaction skills are required.
