Our Company: Quantum Passivhaus, is an innovative design and build company specializing in high-efficiency design and construction. We value team and individuals. Our projects are primarily new-build high efficiency and some renovation. We are located in Minden, in the Haliburton Highlands, Ontario.

We require skilled 3 tradespersons/foremen to:

Undertake daily construction tasks with minimal supervision
Take on (or grow into) a foreman position
Follow site plans and/or project manager instruction
Maintain site safety and quality control
Journal performance and hours
Assist team members as needed

Requirements:

G Drivers License and transportation
Daily purpose set of tools
Experience with framing, carpentry, drywall.
WHIMIS, First Aid, Heights & Scaffold (or willing to be trained)
Drivers abstract (willing to provide)

Other Assets:

Experience in multiple interior/exterior applications & finishes
Good to strong knowledge of OBC
Able to travel if required
