Key Responsibilities
Accurately performs routine quality functions and procedures safely to meet quality standards and required schedules within a supervised environment.
Does own share of work necessary to complete projects, provides and seeks constructive feedback.
Complies with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and procedures at all times.
Has the organization freedom to identify and evaluate quality problems and to initiate, recommend or provide solutions to these problems.
Interprets customer specification to develop test sheets, test reports templates, test reports, can certifications according to customer requirements.
Assists with implementation of quality system requirements.
Maintains calibration system and records to ensure testing and measuring equipment is calibrated according to schedule and reports discrepancies to management. Performs calibration as necessary.
Contributes to achieving team goals by communicating ideas, suggestions, and assistance, e.g., identifying and communicating ways to save time, effort, and resources.

Qualifications
Experience and Education
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well with team members
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Must have computer knowledge
