Job Description:
Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting with the County Assessment Function which includes but is not limited to: Data collection, Analysis and File Management as it relates to the assessment services area.

Qualifications:

A professional designation with the Alberta Assessors Association (AMAA), Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI) or International Association of Assessing Officers (CAE).
A complete understanding of assessment and taxation legislation, mass appraisal methodologies and regulations.
Strong oral and written interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, GIS, Taxation and Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal system.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
