What you’ll do:
Identify new lead opportunities
Initiate contact with possible business/developer/collaboration opportunities through emailing, site visits, and other methods of communication
Make outbound phone calls to prospective customers
Complete the sales cycle including: setting up sales presentation appointments, developing customized proposals, completing contracts, and providing marketing and sales support
Analyze market trends and support corporate efforts to expand product portfolios
Possibility to participate in local and international trade shows and conferences
Gain invaluable insight into the industry and business operations
Who you are:
Someone who has completed a Business program — bonus if you have a passion for the sciences
A confident and articulate communicator – you will be expected to do presentations and lead conference calls
Someone who is outgoing and friendly, with good interpersonal skills – you will participate in networking events and in-person opportunities to generate leads face-to-face
A multi-tasker and collaborator—you will need to work on many things at once on your own and as a team
Someone who is proactive and independent—you will be expected to come up with unique ideas and put them into action
