Community Experience Coordinator – Toronto – TimedRight Inc

As a member of our team, you will:
Work closely with both TimedRight Client Managers and our Community & Growth Manager on initiatives related to the success of TimedRight communities
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information and bring to the attention of your manager any coordination issues which you cannot resolve
Support community start-up and operation on an ongoing basis
Work with TimedRight departments, and with our vendors, to identify potential improvements to TimedRight technology, to our operational procedures, and to our communications processes
Support those same groups in executing and implementing improvements
Drive innovation with new and creative ideas for products and processes
Learn and work with CRM systems and other technologies used in TimedRight operations
Plan, organize, and roll out events-supporting TimedRight, TimedRight clients, and TimedRight users to ensure they receive the best experience possible
Contribute in a positive, innovative, and cooperative manner to the success of the team

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree at minimum, ideally with a focus in Business, Technology, and/or Communications
Exceptional listener, presenter, and communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
Knack for creative problem solving; and remaining calm in the storm
Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Passion for technology and emerging media
Punctual
Takes initiative

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1.5 Years prior experience in a client-facing role
Experience managing projects and coordinating complex task execution
Some experience with QA (Quality Assurance) testing; effectively able to identify problems that make for bad UX
Experience with Social Media and Design
Some experience with account management and coordinating/facilitating events
CRM proficiency
Strong professional writing skills
Previous sales and marketing experience an asset
