The Senior Vice President/Vice President designated as Branch Manager Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, RCM Power Systems Services, RCMT Inc.  The Branch Manager is responsible for profit and loss associated with Branch operations.  He/she is responsible for ensuring organizational growth through leadership and collaboration with assigned senior managers, managers, supervision and branch staff.

Accountabilities & Qualifications:

Manages RCMTCC’s financial accountability and controls; ensures appropriate fiscal controls are in place to meet statutory compliance and integrity of data and statements, this position has primary profit/loss responsibilities
Prepares, implements and monitors the organization’s budget process; establishes timelines; provides support to management team; holds management team accountable for process, sits as a member of the Tender & Contract Review Board for RCMTCC
Oversees compliance with RCMTCC’s Quality Assurance Manual, and supporting procedures, Personnel Policies, Procedures Manual, and recommends additions to, and/or modification of, the manual and other operating guidance of RCMTCC, as a member of the Senior Management Team
University degree in science or related field, an advanced graduate degree in Business/Finance or related field  is an asset.
A minimum of fifteen (15) to twenty (20) years in progressively more responsible managerial roles is a must
Extensive experience in the Nuclear Market industry including, a good understanding of Nuclear Power Plant design and operation. Involvement in large scale engineering design projects would be an asset.
In-depth knowledge of: ISO 9000, N285, N286, 10CFR50, ASME Pressure Vessel 31.3 quality management programs

Travel required; ability to attend and conduct presentations; and manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals

Compensation & Benefits Overview

Target Salary:                        $250,000 Cdn. /40 hours week/as required
