Business Development Representative – OnPath Business Solutions – Ottawa, ON

Let’s get you on the road to success at OnPath!  OnPath is actively recruiting for Lead Generation Specialists to work in our call centre.  As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be given the challenge of communicating with corporate decision-makers (B2B) in order to generate qualified sales leads for our clients.  Our clients include global organizations such as HP, Google, AMEX and Samsung.

You don’t need to have a lot of experience to achieve great success in this role.  We want you to succeed, and we’ll provide you with the tools and training to get you there.  OnPath strives to be our client’s most trusted partner, and we’re looking for people who share our values, guided by our T.R.I.P.S.:

Some of the specific skills we look for include:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ideally, fluent in both official languages (desired, but not essential)
Problem-solving/investigative abilities
Ideally, prior experience in a sales or customer service role (desired, but not essential)
An understanding of, or a strong desire to learn, the complexities of business-to-business sales
