Outside Sales Representative – SalesGamma – Brampton, ON

SalesGamma is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Sales and Marketing team to conduct business-to-business sales and consulting in the Greater Toronto Area. Our professionals work full-time on the front-end of the sales cycle where our job is to manage existing relationships with clients, generate leads and secure new business.

Through SalesGamma employees gain not only confidence in themselves but also learn multiple aspects of business including; public speaking, training and development, leadership abilities, and administrative skills. We offer a management training program that develops individuals and teaches them valuable skills in a business environment

Your Role:

Become an industry expert to provide a consultative sales experience
Face-to-Face approach to build relationships with small to mid sized business
Engage in solutions based business level conversations to influence key decision makers
Give on-site presentations and negotiate contracts to close sales
Consistently achieve monthly sales quotas for revenue generation and client acquisition
Own the entire sales process and ensure an exceptional experience
Cross-sell to existing customers

Our Ideal Candidate:

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or service. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, negotiation skills and sales techniques.
Self motivated, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Ambition to grow within a company, long term vision
Outgoing, passionate with the ability to connect with people
Previous marketing, sales and customer service experience is an asset
Access to a vehicle and a Full G Class Drivers license are an asset
Post Secondary education is an asset
