Bilingual Customer Service Rep – Inmar – Toronto, ON

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

Perform detailed, routine clerical work of an analytical and customer service nature to ensure accurate, timely processing of clients’ data
Handling inbound and outbound client and customer requests and inquiries across Canada via phone and email
Generating and reconciling credits and vendor information, requesting authorization and shipping information
Reviewing and analyzing data and reports prior to sending to the Clients
Interacting and communication with Clients via reporting, emails, conference calls, and meetings
Develop an in depth knowledge and understanding of Inmar’s Returns Management system
System testing of daily functions in a test environment prior to system releases
File maintenance and accurate data entry
Mailing, scanning, and faxing of documents
Occasional warehouse duties handling physical products for data entry
Assisting with special projects

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Bilingual (English & French)
Post Secondary Education (College or University)
Positive, energetic person with experience working in the Customer Service or administration industry would be an asset
Intermediate level proficiency using computer systems (eg. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Perform detailed alpha/numeric data entry rapidly and accurately
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
Professionally handles difficult situations in a manner that maintains good business relations
Comfortable working in a group environment and independently under consistent deadline pressure
Work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to ensure timely completion of all projects
