3 Career Paths?
1) Inside Sales for a couple months while you are studying to pass your Licence to be an Outside Rep (most $$)

2) Inside Sales leading to working with the Client Service & Retention Team

3) Inside Sales Specialist….this your niche, you are good at it and it is what you enjoy

What’s In It For You?
Work Mon-Thurs 9:00-4:00, Friday’s till noon

Everyone starts @ $15/hour for the first couple of months, then you select your Career Path and move to Monthly Salary + Bonus Commissions!

Outside Rep Includes Residual Commissions: additional $30K to $50K every year (get paid over & over again)

Group Benefit Package: of course, this is our business

RiskX believes in taking successful Sales Talent from outside the Benefits Industry and training them to be extremely effective Senior Benefit Consultants. You will be required to get licensed through the Alberta Insurance Council which includes a Criminal background check. We also want professionals, so over the first two years you will work online toward your CEBS Designation (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist). The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans has teamed with Dalhousie University to offer CEBS in Canada. We cover all associated costs.
