Account Coordinator – GreenSaver – Toronto

Primary Responsibilities
Client Management
To communicate relevant program information to internal and external stakeholders
To lead weekly/biweekly progress meetings with clients
To resolve and/or escalate client issues in a timely fashion

CRM & Reporting
To periodically report program results to stakeholders
To forecast and track key account metrics monitoring progression against forecast and other target measures
To input, manage and continuously improve client database
To invoice clients based on completed tasks
Training / Coaching
To train Coordination Analyst and delegate appropriate tasks
To foster effective team work and improved results
Other roles and duties, as periodically determined and assigned by the Manager, Coordination

Minimum Required Qualifications
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in a discipline pertinent to the job function
Proven Client Support excellence
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in wiring, to a wide variety of audiences (including senior management, employees, clients and external agencies/stakeholders).
2+ years’ experience in a coordinator role
Strong leadership skills
Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
Reliable; strong work ethic, diligent, conscientious
Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and targets
Able to thrive under minimal supervision
Concern for the environment
