The Role
The role is a Salary + Commission Phone Sales Rep within HR Covered, a Human Resources Firm based in Canada. The role will be carried out remotely.

The individual within the role will be responsible for:
Attend the daily huddles
Closing deals over the phone for our range of HR programs and services (all leads are provided for you)
Working leads like a beast and follow-up, follow-up, follow-up (did I say follow up?)
Hitting and smashing agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Ensuring you take detailed client information on each call to ensure seamless member onboarding.
Basic admin duties associated with your leads and sales pipeline including emails and texts to prospects.
Use of our internal payment system to capture payment from the client as soon as you make the sale
Use of our internal sales software to track all your sales stats.
Take full ownership of the leads you have.
Use of Private Slack channel for all internal communication on your pipeline, checking in for sales shifts, clocking out and all other team communication.
Attend all sales training sessions
Ensuring you have a clear understanding of the client’s goals, desires, pain points and past struggles to then present the best options for them to purchase.
Supply management with customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Identify trends and patterns in sales/behaviours to help give a feedback loop to the marketing team.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Achieving or exceeding the KPI’s set on the weekly and monthly level.

2+ years in phone sales
Knowledge in B2B sales (experience is preferred)
Highly self-motivated and extremely target driven
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Prioritizing, time management and organisation skills
Eager to expand and grow sales skills
Team player
Thick skin to handle rejection
