We are currently seeking an Accounts Supervisor to join our growing team.
Completed post-secondary education or equivalent experience;
2 years of proven experience in customer account or administration management;
EXCELLENT written and verbal communications skills in English is a MUST!
Strong working knowledge of Sales Force CRM system, as well as Efs / Tcheck systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access);
Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
Organized, detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and priority management skills;
Ability to supervise a team of account specialists with a client-oriented approach;
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and training skills;
Strong knowledge of Web and SM management as well as computer systems;
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise our growing team of customer service representatives and account specialists;
Prepare weekly work schedules and assign duties as per the company policy;
Conduct random QA checks and ensure everyone follows the company service standards;
Evaluate the performance of the team and provide additional training as needed;
Establish working procedures as it relates to servicing and developing client accounts;
Prepare weekly reports on the progress of the department and resolve outstanding issues;
Respond to client inquiries and timely address all concerns to their satisfaction;
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
Ensure that all computer systems are up and running and supervise its maintenance;
Review and update the website content as well as maintain company SM presence;
Ability to perform the same duties as employees supervised;

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Hours: 35 Hours/Week, with occasional overtime
Wages: $25.00/Hour, and overtime rate of $37.50 paid after 44 Hours per week
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
