Administrative Assistant – Northeast Nutrition Inc – Truro, Nova Scotia

Northeast Nutrition Inc. requires a highly motivated, results orientated individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant (maternity leave coverage) based out of Truro, Nova Scotia.

This is a term position (to the end of March 2016) working an average of 35 – 40 hours per week.  This position is responsible for a variety of clerical skills, including data entry, shipping and receiving documentation, preparation of cross border entry documents and basic accounting duties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills while maintaining confidentiality. Must be organized, accurate and be able prioritize and manage information in a deadline driven environment. A minimum of one (1) year post-secondary education complimented with excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel, is essential.

Two (2) years of related experience and basic accounting knowledge is a requirement of this position.
