Administrative Assistant – Vernon Community Arts Centre – Vernon, BC

The Arts Council of the North Okanagan is looking for a full time Administration Assistant.

Duties include:

Reception
Process registrations, memberships and retail sales
Creating and maintaining social media and websites
Maintaining databases
Typing/proofing documents for the executive director
Assist in the organizing of events, projects and programs

Qualifications include:

Experience in public relations and/or administration
Retail sales experience including processing cash/credit card transactions
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Photoshop
Knowledge and experience with website maintenance and social media
