Ensures external staffing needs are met by leveraging preferred staffing agencies who provide quality candidates in a timely manner
Communicates contingent workforce processes and policies to internal business areas and engagement managers
Reviews potential contingent worker candidates to ensure the most qualified candidates are presented to the business
Partners with staffing agencies to discuss open requisitions, candidate pools, and selection/rejection of candidates
Coordinates onboarding, extensions and offboarding activities and is responsible for accurate and timely processing
Builds and maintains relationships with external staffing agencies to manage current contingent workforce
Supports invoicing requirements against agency agreements (e.g. Request new and revisions to Service Master Codes; escalation point for resolving invoicing issues)
Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Commerce
Minimum three years’ experience in Human Resources, contingent staffing, or sourcing
Proven knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition practices, employment law, and recruitment systems
Skills and Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Excel power user (pivot tables, V-lookup, etc.)
Solid organizational, time management and interfacing skills to address heavy peak period work activities
Strong customer focus and strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with Applicant Tracking System (Ultimate Software/Taleo etc.), an asset
