Customer Communications Team Member – On The Move Organics

Job responsibilities:
manage standard weekly customer communications & engagement through email, phone, website and Customer Relationship Management software
assist with standard weekly internal communications with our team
assist with external communications, including marketing and social media
we’re a small & collaborative team, so you’ll be trained to step into other positions if an extra hand is needed

Skills required:
This is a diverse and varied job. The ideal candidate will enjoy tackling a mix of responsibilities every day, and be excited by an opportunity to use their tech-skills AND their customer service skills. Part of this role involves independent communications work, and part involves close collaboration with our Communications Team and other departments.

The ideal candidate will:
be a creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
excel at phone/email-based customer service: should be friendly, patient, helpful and happy!
have outstanding time management, multitasking and organizational abilities, and be able to prioritize as needed
be collaborative
be proficient with Office programs, intermediate to advanced Excel/spreadsheet management, and generally technology-savvy
have strong data management skills
have experience using a Customer Relationship Management system
have great written communication skills
have an interest in local organic food

Additional assets:
management or team lead experience (specifically in an office setting)
experience with social media content creation and management
photography interest/experience
G drivers license and clean driving record
