Executive Assistant – FGC Health

Act as a point of contact among executives, employees and external partners
Identify, act upon, and resolve various administrative transactions on behalf of the CEO and the VP, Pharmacy Operations & Business Development
Organize incoming confidential documentation and related tasks to facilitate the Executives’ ability to take timely and supported action
Draft communications and reports for and on behalf of the CEO and the VP, Pharmacy Operations & Business Development
Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team members to fulfill the CEO’s requirements for data and execution from the various functional areas
Organize and maintain office documentation
Develop and implement efficient methods to run the office and troubleshoot
Administer information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Arrange meetings as requested
Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
Track expenses and prepare reports

Experienced, motivated, and trustworthy professional with 5-10 years experience working with the C-Suite and confidential information
An innovative problem-solver with the ability to deliver the business needs in a timely and thoughtful manner
Extremely skilled and comfortable with technology, with an emphasis on Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
A take-charge driver, who thrives in a fast-paced environment where they are empowered and expected to take initiative
Highly organized person with superior administration skills
Empathetic critical thinker who is able to identify Executive needs and who assumes ownership for resolving issues and completing tasks
A consummate professional with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Extremely detailed-oriented assistant who is able to help keep the Executives on track and moving forward through any obstacles
An effective communicator who is not afraid to offer creative alternatives
A champion for the business, who is determined and able to influence others in a positive way to move transactions and initiatives forward
Comfortable working remotely and/or meeting on-site as needed, and utilizing technology to collaborate
