In this role
you will both drive and facilitate the hiring process (HRIS transactions, interview scheduling, acting as a liaison between parties) with operational managers, candidates, and your recruitment colleagues.
Your goal is to help bring the best and brightest candidates into vacancies in our organization – not to mention… ensuring the client and candidate experience is bar-none. With a highly engaging personal style, you bring a top notch client service ethos, are a sincere team player, and have a passion for excellence.
How you’ll contribute:
You’ll provide administrative, systems and analytical support to Managers to facilitate the hiring process for their portfolio areas within target timelines. To deliver this seamlessly, you will:
Act as a point of contact and liaise with Employee Engagement and other corporate/specialty areas regarding the hiring process;
Complete and process PeopleSoft and other hiring transactions on behalf of Directors / Managers;
Arrange and coordinate interviews, prepare interview and reference checking materials, and ensure consistent application of related directives from Employee Engagement or other corporate service areas;
Liaise with Recruitment, Records & Benefits, Unit(s) Staff and Clinical Educators on new hire dates and required orientations;
Triage sensitive and confidential information, monitor and track time to hire targets and produce high quality reports, correspondence and other materials as requested.
Key contacts include Managers, Recruitment Associates, Work Design, HR Advisors and Time Capture staff.
As the ideal candidate, you have:
Completed a recognized diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, plus (3) years of recent, related experience including one year’s related experience working in a HR environment.
You are skilled with Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.,) and ideally bring experience with PeopleSoft.
You have an eye for detail and are willing to go the extra mile for your client portfolio, and do not believe in being ‘transactional’ with your clients.
A great attitude! We enjoy a positive and fun team culture, which we’d love for you to be a part of. We’re a group of individuals who have each other’s backs, work hard, and can have a good laugh – all while being incredibly productive and meeting department goals.
