We need someone
who understands the benefits and compensation nuances in the Canadian market. He/She should have been part of at least ONE implementation in Canada for SAP SuccessFactors benefits module implementation.
6+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors solution implementation experience
Experience in Solution design & Configuration of Employee Central Benefits solution and this experience is very important.
SAP SF Employee Central & Employee Central Global Benefits Solutions Implementation experience
Excellent understanding of Employee Benefit Plans in Canada
Lead business requirement workshops and document Benefits business processes and create the Solution design and configuration workbook
Experience in End to End EC Benefits
solution configuration, functional design of Benefits solution integration with Employee Central, EC Payroll, other systems & service providers
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
Hands-on experience in Employee Central and all the Data Models and knowledge of XML
Employee Central solution configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, Business rules and workflows
