Growth Analyst – Foxquilt

What will you do at Foxquilt?
Growth Analyst you will help us succeed by:
Combining your extensive knowledge of marketing with your passion for technology and data analytics.
Work collaboratively with our Marketing and Technology teams to drive performance through analysis, research, and experimentation across a number of different channels, including marketing, engineering, and design.
Report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and you will be expected to
Learn rapidly, delivering meaningful value, and contributing to a culture of operational excellence.
Find and implement tools that capture multiple data sources. These tools include many of the following: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Hubspot, SEMRush, call tracking tool(s), social metrics, and social ads.
Creating dashboards that illustrate our company’s digital performance.
Designing and implementing a comprehensive data model that allows our company to define and adjust the right metrics to measure performance against, and prepare in-depth trend and progress reporting for internal stakeholders.
Creating & maintaining a comprehensive dashboard, an in-depth trend and progress report that extends beyond the individual, and that can be used across different internal stakeholders to allow us to map out and optimize customer journeys backed with strong analytical evidence.
Ensuring that all tracking points in the customer journey are mapped (online and offline) and tagged appropriately to their platform.
Maintaining data integrity within all marketing systems and programs, including online customer service platforms, and help to define near-to-medium growth strategies through ongoing analysis and research.
Translating Marketing requirements for our Tech team and work with them to build solutions when you cannot build them yourself.
Looking at the raw data from multiple angles, extracting actionable insights, and communicating them effectively to a diverse set of stakeholders.

What qualifications, skills and experience do you need for this role?
Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager, including working knowledge of how to use different containers and triggers
Familiar with other Marketing software and implementation
Strong with data and analytics, with a working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL querying and analytics
Proven results-based outcomes working with data and analytics
Familiar with JSON, CSV, XML, HTML, etc.
Comfortable writing simple scripts and making small changes to marketing analytics assets
Exposure to platforms like Amplitude, Databricks, Elastic, etc.
Technical Proficiency and experience using APIs
What are the “nice to haves” for this role?

A working knowledge of any CMS
Prior experience with performance marketing
Any ability to write scripts in Python or other scripting language is an asset
