Key Accountabilities
Administrative duties within a health centre
Timely and accurate data entry
Appointment scheduling
Handling of private and medical records
Records retention
Working at the front desk, answering phone, photocopying, scanning and file maintenance
Enter Data in scorecard
General Administrative duties

Qualifications
Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required
1 – 3 years related administrative experience
Computer savvy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Work Location
This is a Fort McMurray based position located at site
Shift Schedule
Team 5 – Monday-Friday daytime
Contract Dates
September 28, 2020 to September 30, 2021
