Camp Manager – Matrix Aviation Solutions – Calgary, AB

Matrix provides aviation & exploration logistics services – helicopter, fixed wing, and ground transportation, camps, expediting, camp and fuel management – to a diverse group of clients in the resource and service sectors, within all regions of Canada, including the High Arctic.  We are currently hiring for the position of Camp Manager – please see below for a description of the position.

Liaising with clients as the on-site point of contact, the successful candidates will be well balanced with management skills and the ability to effectively run jobs, within budget and on schedule. We look for our managers to problem solve and identify cost savings ways to meet with terms of the contracts. Our Managers are accountable for the supervisions and execution of operations and maintenance on remote exploration sites. Proficiency with Microsoft Office program is essential. Preference will be given to individuals maintaining a well-rounded background in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and Mechanical. Adequate knowledge and compliance of Health and Safety is also required.
