Main Duties:

Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, policies and procedures, follow up and product related questions
Gather all comments and customer feedback and liaise with different departments to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service
Implement surveys and collect data in order to establish service standards
Process returns, refunds and investigate claims

Criteria:

5 years of Customer Service experience preferably from a transactional website
Strong communication skills in English and French combined with excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and lead implementation projects to their completion
