The Director of Human Resources is responsible for determining and providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and total rewards.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business or a related field coupled with 15 years’ experience with a minimum of 5 years at the senior management level.
