General Manager – Dhyana Cleaning

Responsibilities include the day-to-day gritty work, while developing operational systems and a framework to enhance our business efficiencies, while executing our growth strategy. Previous experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
Attract talent and set training standards and hiring procedures
Manage hiring and training cycle for new staff as the company grows.
Analyze and improve organizational processes, quality, productivity and efficiency amongst the team
Provide inspired leadership for the organization
Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Scheduling and client communications
Develop, supervise, and support existing team.
Work closely with your fellow leadership team to address complaints, identify areas for improvement, and implement new processes.
Stock, inspect and maintain supply locker and cleaning equipment; order supplies according to a budget.
Adhere to established cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures
Conduct comprehensive inspections to check the completion of work assignments.
Maintain employee records and submit reports concerning personnel, equipment, supplies, expense, and general cleaning activities.
Advise or take necessary action to correct any mechanical, structural, or electrical condition in need of repair or replacement.
Lead major cleaning jobs and seek to appoint leadership duties to cleaners as you see fit.

Qualifications
2 years of experience in executing a successful operations strategy
MS Office experience, with Advanced Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree in business (or a related field) and have prior experience in a management or leadership position
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Curious by nature, resourceful, and dedicated to continued learning
Ability to prioritize tasks to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail – do not overlook this requirement
Proactive mindset
Experience working in a team environment
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Focused on performance and KPIs in the context of overall business goals
Ability to adapt within different technologies that improve communication, productivity
A deep understanding of financial management is an asset
Exhibits the ability to hold others accountable in a supportive and challenging way.
Understands the principles behind providing excellent customer service.
Excellent decision-making and judgement skills is a must.
