Insolvency Administrator – Newfoundland & Labrador – Janes & Noseworthy Limited

Janes & Noseworthy Limited has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Consumer Insolvency Administrator who enjoys providing excellent client service. The successful candidate will support the Senior Insolvency Administrator.

Key areas of responsibility for this position will include, but not be limited to:
Communication with bankrupts, debtors and creditors, in writing, by telephone, and in face-to-face meetings
Completion of initial application documents
Reporting of statistics on a monthly basis
Updating and maintenance of paper files
Follow up on client/creditor requests and late payments
Other administrative duties such as data entry, general correspondence, photocopying and filing

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Word and Excel
Completion of a business or office administration program or equivalent experience
Dedicated team player with a strong work ethic
Quick learner, with initiative and positive attitude
Professional demeanor with very strong communication and organization skills
Comfortable dealing with clients and creditors, both on the phone and in person
Meet the bonding criteria as required by our insurer

Previous experience in banking, credit counseling, insolvency or other professional environments will be considered assets
