Regional Manager – Commissionaires NB&PEI Division – Moncton, New Brunswick

We are currently seeking a

Regional Manager

Based in the Moncton region of New Brunswick, the incumbent will be an organized individual who can work independently, possesses strong communications and interpersonal skills, and has the ability to travel throughout south east New Brunswick.

Functions to be carried out by the incumbent include:

Manage the Moncton Regional Office
Oversee assigned Commissionaires and ensure compliance with Divisional Policies and Procedures
Serve as a Contract Manager in accordance with the Division Quality Management System and applicable processes/procedures
Recruit, select, assign and administer employees in the Region in accordance with Division HR policies and procedures
Market services to potential Clients
Maintain responsive and effective communications with Clients
Conduct on-site audits/inspections
Position requires some evening and weekend/on-call work
Promote the Division core values of Loyalty, Integrity, Excellence and Respect

Required and Desired qualifications include:

Fluent in both English and French (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
Extensive supervisory/middle management experience within a diverse work force
Experience in a security services environment
Knowledge of Human Rights legislation, Labour Standards, Occupational Health and Safety Act
Military/Police/Security service is an asset
Ability to be cleared to PWGSC Secret level
Proficient with Information Technology
