Job summary

Sale Operation/Office Administrator has essential supporting function to Outside Sale reps with products enquiries, samples requirements, invoicing and product freight preparation, follow –up  account receivable status and invoices payment from customers, account payable invoices report.

Other duties of Sale Operation/Office Admin is to administer the working time of warehouse staffs, time reporting and checking on inventories, samples and filling of invoices/bills of lading

Summary of essential job functions

Build quotes and submittal packages from daily project leads and send directly to customers
Liaisons link between sale reps and customers on sale follow-up by telephone and emails
Assist customers with lead time, freight estimates and expedite requests
Review purchase orders for accuracy, enter information & sales order into company databases
Meet walk-in customers in showroom
Assist sales reps by taking overflow incoming calls from customers requesting pricing or technical information
Make outgoing calls to customers as directed by sale reps and/or sales manager
Send invoice and collect payment
Prepare shipping documents
Keep time of warehouse staffs and time reporting
Update inventory, sale leads, payments status on Stone Profit Systems
Report  invoices in Account receivable/Account Payable
Update and manage customer database

Minimum requirements

College+
05+ year experience in sale administrative
02+ years in stone-related Industry

Abilities required

Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
