Store Manager – SBP Group Inc – Saint John, New Brunswick

We are looking for a leader in our Saint John location with successful, driven individuals who are excited about closing deals and managing business relationships. This is a career position, not a revolving door.

You will be spending time interacting with interested potential customers. You must be a strong verbal communicator, self-confident and comfortable negotiating. We aim for win-win outcomes. Previous sales experience with jewelry, and electronics. Experience in retail management is also needed to reach your goals

As Store Leader, you will:

Provide excellent customer service by quickly and professionally handling customer inquiries
Maximize revenues by administrating customer accounts
Manage staff and daily operations
Continuous growth of employees by coaching / training new and existing employees
Making sure records are organized and maintained
Implement new corporate strategies and processes

What you need to work with us:

Commitment to excellence in customer service and delivering great experiences
Driven and motivated by sales and growth opportunities
Minimum 1 year of hands-on management/team lead experience
Understanding and experience within financials
Team leadership, coaching and recruitment/selection skills
Professional and engaging disposition
Outstanding time management, problem solving and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced and demanding situations
Strong computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work autonomously, multi-task, and set priorities
Secondary School Diploma or equivalent is required. Some post-secondary school an asset.
