Our office is seeking an Office Administrator.  As the main point of contact with our clients the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Answering calls and greeting clients to our office.
Provide basic accounting for the office and clients.
Provide secretarial support to other members of our team.
Maintaining the efficiency of the office.

As the ideal candidate, you will have completed an Office Administration diploma program or possess comparable experience. The successful candidate will have:

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and be comfortable using Sage and Quickbooks.
Above average interpersonal skills and strong organizational traits.
The ability to work independently or as a team and enjoy working in a deadline driven environment.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to prioritize work.
