Payroll Clerk I – Municipal District of Bonnyville – Bonnyville, AB

The Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 invites applications for the position of Payroll Clerk I. This position will report directly to the Manager of Finance Services within the Finance and Administration Department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide accurate payroll data entry.
Provide backup for accounts receivable.
Other accounting functions as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years payroll administration and accounting experience.
Excellent inter-personal, organizational and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented, with the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. (Word, Excel).
Experience with Avanti payroll software would be an asset.
