We are currently seeking a recent CBV graduate to join our Business Valuations practice.

The successful candidate will be involved in managing and carrying out business valuation mandates, which includes valuations prepared in the context of general business, litigation support and financial reporting.

Specific responsibilities include:

Preparation of financial models used for the business valuation
Writing of detailed business valuation reports
Assisting with determination of appropriate valuation approach, information gathering and dissemination
Participation in discussion with clients’ management teams

Candidates must hold a professional accounting designation {CPA (CA, CGA, CMA)} and the CBV designation.  Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with experience in financial modeling are considered assets.  Candidates must also possess strong time management skills to work within budgets and strict deadlines.
