The Atlantic Canada Fish Farmers Association, which represents salmon farming and its supply and service sector in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, is seeking an experienced professional Executive Director to represent its interests and manage its ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in association management and strategic planning; be able to maintain excellent relationships with high level government officials, media, advocacy groups and industry members; be adept at understanding and managing industry issues, and be committed to maintaining a positive profile for the sector.  Well organized, with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, the person for this position will be able to work independently while taking direction from the Board.  Direct aquaculture experience would be considered an asset.
