WHAT IS THE JOB
As a Customer Service Representative in our Credit and Collections team (outbound and inbound, pre and post charge-off):
You will learn strategies on how to lower debt and increase the amount of money you have at the end of the month! You will use this knowledge to help customers in difficult financial situations.
You are driven to help others, fantastic listener, and empathetic problem-solver. We combine your people skills with technical and client-specific training to make you a top-performer.

Stable shifts! Full time: afternoon + evening shifts (4 days in the week and one day of the weekend)
