Position Overview:

Look no further. BOYNECLARKELLP is a dynamic, fast-growing Dartmouth law firm. We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to provide float & overflow support to a number of practice teams in our firm.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of correspondence, memos, emails and legal documents from dictation, as directed
Maintaining lawyer schedules and agendas
Maintaining in-house tasking system
Review and prioritize incoming mail, coordinate faxes and draft routine correspondence for lawyer review

Requirements:

Graduate from a Legal Assistant or Paralegal program from a recognized educational institution
Previous law firm experience as an Assistant or Paralegal is essential
Superb written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of enthusiasm, self-motivation and organization
Must be a problem solver and have the ability to handle multiple deadlines
Outstanding computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word
