The Parks Division is seeking multiple temporary full time Parks Workers to perform a variety of manual tasks in the maintenance of park areas in any of the following sections: Horticulture, Maintenance, Construction, Urban Forestry and Natural Areas. Requirements include Grade 11, one accredited course in a parks-related field, six months parks-related experience, valid B.C. Pesticide Applicator’s Certificate, valid Class 5 B.C. Driver’s Licence and satisfactory police information check. The successful candidates will be required to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
