Our client, a leading manufacturer in Mississauga, ON, is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.  Reporting on the Night Shift, the successful candidate, will be responsible for the overall production  and supervision of employees.  This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Education
Minimum 3-5 years Supervisory experience within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting
Ability to work on the night shift
Excellent leadership, motivational and problem-solving skills
Experience within a metal stamping/ metal forging environment required

Compensation:  $60,000 – $75,000 per year
