Program Coordinator – Ecofitt Corporation – Vancouver, BC

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Conservation Programs, the Program Coordinator is responsible for managing daily program operations, including the management of personnel (office and field) and physical resources to achieve the team and program key performance objectives, while adhering to company policies and procedures. The Program Coordinator will lead and motivate their team by giving direction and following up on adherence to program objectives and company policies and procedures; monitoring employee and program performance to ensure the team achieves high performance levels for the purpose of ensuring the provision of an effective and efficient quality service to our clients and customers.

Responsibilities
Works according to an established program plan; supports day to day program deliverables as determined by program plan
Works to ensure minimal organizational exposure and risk on project(s)
Supports with business development on programs; developing content, marketing and outreach plans
Effectively applies and enforces all program quality standards through daily monitoring of operational performance and KPI’s
Support in the preparation, maintenance and communication of all operational SOPs
Supervises a team of office and field staff; ensuring adherence to program plans, and all company policies and procedures
Oversight and maintenance of Ecofitt’s fleet assets, including maintain accurate records, ensuring all insurance and safety checks are up-to-date, and addressing in-field vehicle issues
Assists in delivering program training to all office, field and warehouse staff
Facilitates effective interdepartmental communication and understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
Keeps Director, Conservation Programs well informed of the status of all deliverables
Resolves and escalates issues in an effective and timely fashion
Supports Director, Conservation Programs in meeting/exceeding program budgets
Works with the Director, Conservation Programs and HR in the review and approval of long-range labour needs based on sales forecast and budgets
Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of all necessary reports and records regarding program deliverables
Carry out Ecofitt’s quality assurance program; tracking and documenting all QA/ QC activities to support continuous program improvement
Participate in the execution of warehouse management systems to increase the efficiency, accuracy and productivity in the management of warehouses and inventories
Tracks lessons learned over the course of a project and shares those lessons with team members and as part of project close-out process
All other duties as required

Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year experience in a supervisory role managing large-scale energy efficiency and/ or environmental programs
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including energy/ resource management, business, marketing, etc. is an asset
A strong interest in and experience executing energy efficiency and/ or environmental programs is an asset
Experience in the implementation of OHS policies and procedures and familiarity with provincial legislation is an asset
Experience conducting QA/ QC audits is an asset
Demonstrated knowledge of energy conservation and familiarity with relevant provincial residential and commercial incentive programs
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively support multiple projects
Exceptional interpersonal skills (both in-person and in written/ verbal communication) in order to effectively work cross functionally; source information, obtain approvals, build relationships, and provide sufficient influence to achieve success
Ability to work independently, remotely and as part of a dynamic team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proven self-starter who is highly motivated and willing to build new relationships is an asset
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Expert level knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Connect and Google Applications with an aptitude to learn internal software and other relevant applications
