Merit Services Ltd is currently seeking Fire Protection Sales Consultant for one of its client which is leader in providing Fire Protection Solutions . This is a full time position available in Scarborough. This position is ideally suited for a sales person with previous experience who is looking for a challenge with the ability to sell all products and services the company can offer.Territory is not limited and neither are the benefits of hard work and success.
Responsibilities not limited to..
Maintain existing PMA agreements including renewals
Acquire new prospects and develop relationships to expand client base
Perform site visits and complete estimates and proposals for PMA inspections, deficiency repairs and new installations
Opportunity to be involved in projects from acquisition until commissioning allowing smooth transition into continued sales with clients
Qualifications and experience requires…
Previous industry related sales experience
Having previous technical experience as a fire systems technician would be beneficial
Excellent opportunity for a previous fire protection company sales manager or owner who wants to continue in the industry without the stress of ownership
Must possess a valid Ontario Drivers License (Clean drivers abstract required)
Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills to keep track of your time and reporting
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments and an attention to detail is required
Bilingualism English/French or any other second language would be an asset.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and knowledge of PC applications
Good knowledge of related standards and codes
Self-motivated and calm under pressure, dedicated problem solver as we provide solutions!
