Construction Project Manager – Toronto – ASEEC Inc

Project Manager (NOC0711) is responsible for coordinating construction and renovation projects for the GTA. The incumbent supports design and planning of development projects.

MAIN DUTIES
More specifically, the Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
Managing complex projects from start to finish
Planning, managing and delivering multiple projects
Maintaining key client relationships
Supporting and Mentoring junior staff
Utilizing negotiation skills and employing decision-making under pressure
Estimating and Drafting proposals for new projects
Strategically managing risk
Budgeting and Cost Controls
Leadership of project teams
Site Safety

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Post Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Project Management, combined with 1 years of experience in residential and commercial construction
Outstanding time management skills and ability to work on several projects simultaneously
Reasonable communications and leadership skills
Excellent problem solving and project management skills
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Plan Swift
Available for frequent travel (GTA Toronto)
Knowledge of Public Relation and Advertising
Job Type

Full-time
$22 / hour and more
